Tacos are life! In my opinion the 3 major food groups are Tacos, Pizza & BBQ. Since it is Tuesday, I figured it was a perfect time for Chicken Fajita Tacos. Here's what we did:
HEB seasoned chicken fajitas
1 small white onion, sliced
1 shallot, sliced
6 white/button mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1⁄2 tablespoon HungryHeath SPG blend
1⁄2 cup beef broth
1 shot Evan Williams Bourbon Whiskey
HungryHeath Tex-Mex Sauce
La Rancherita flour tortillas
Shredded cheese
Step by step directions:

Melt butter in a cast iron skillet. |

Add onions & shallots cook for about 2 minutes. Then add mushrooms & season with HungryHeath SPG blend |

Cover, reduce heat, and simmer about 10 minutes.

Add Bourbon and cook until the sauce is slightly reduced.
