Crawfish Mac N Cheese
Ingredients:
12 ounce frozen crawfish tails
8 ounce Longhorn style Colby cheese
8 ounce Monterey Jack cheese
6 ounce bacon bits
16 oz macaroni noodles
1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 jalapeno, seeded & diced
1 bottle of beer
12 ounce cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheese
Goldfish crackers
Salt*
Pepper*
Paprika*
Chipotle powder*
*to taste, adjust as needed

preheat oven to 350° & slice jalapeno |

stir well to remove lumps |

add noodles to large mixing bowl |

pour beer cheese onto noodles |

add remaining items to mixing bowl & stir to combine |

transfer mixture to casserole dish |
