CHICKEN FAJITA MARINADE
Chicken Fajita Recipe
2 large chicken breasts*
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 tablespoons taco seasoning*
4 limes, juiced
2 tablespoons honey
Mix well then refrigerate 4 hours to overnight

*The recipe for the taco seasoning I used can be found here
*I like to season chicken with HungryHeath Pork & Poultry Rub, then freeze as soon as I get home. As it thaws it also marinates. The flavors meld well with the marinade above. You can certainly skip this step.
