....Continuing our pre cruise visit of New York, the 5 of us dined at
Beauty & Essex
on Thursday, September 14, 2017. This is a combination pawn shop & high end restaurant located in the Lower East Side. The street parking was "fun" especially with my FIL needing a wheelchair. You enter into an actual pawn shop.
Since my wife & I are the most culinary adventurous, we selected several menu items for the whole table to share:

EVERYTHING we ate was stupid delicious. Just looking at these pictures now, make me want to hop a plane from Houston to get my grub on!
