Instant Pot Beer Brats
I have made the recipe twice with exceptional success. The first time I only used 4 brats to feed 2 people. The second time I used 8 brats to feed 4 people.
12 pack Johnsonville Bold Jalapeno and Cheese Smoked Sausage
1 white onion
2 Tbsp butter
2 tsp McCormick's Grill Mates Chipotle & Roasted Garlic Seasoning
1 bottle Sam Adams Smoked Lager
12 bolillo or hoagie rolls
J.R.'s Main Event Mustard
Luck Dog Fire Roasted Jalapeno & Serrano Pepper Sauce
